We opened the show with our Skirt dance. See more pretty skirts, and even more.
The Amayaguena is a gypsy inspired number.
A turkish piece highlighted our ability to play zills.
Tracey and Asha performed a cane piece, and in the wind managed to keep them balanced.
Asha shows us her sword, she then shows off some amazing balancing.
The troupe performed at RB Winnings coffeshop. The first set was
cheographes numbers and solos. The second set was performed with live music
(provided by Sadakah).
We opened the show with our skirt dance
performed by Marquita, Tracey, Carmen, and Benza.
Next we had Maria's first solo (ever).
Marquita performed a beautiful solo.
Asha, Carmen, and Maria dance to a zill number which included floor work.
Tracey looked lovely in her cane solo.
Benza enchanted us with her veil work and poses.
Tracey, Maria, Carmen, Marquita, and Benza danced to a fast paced drum piece.
And that was the end of the first half of the show.
The second half of the show was to music performed by the talented Sadakah.
Benza, Maria, Tracey, and Asha performed our Karshlama ethinic piece.
Our next soloist was Keturah one of the local dance instructors.
Asha gave a stunning solo including a turkish drop at the end.
Carmen kept the crowd excited during her lovely solo.
